Reported problems are received by the local municipality and a workorder is automatically generated to investigate and fix the issue
The municipality's maintenance team now knows where and what to fix and can report report back as soon as the issue is resolved or how long it may take to solve the problem
The person who reported the problem will receive an update and lead times for fixing the problem or confirmation that the problem has been resolved
